Personally, I would like to see a comprehensive email sent to the players prior to the site going down, but occasionally things don't go as planned. We'll have to wait and see.

i sent further documents yesterday, I have had a email to tell me they have been received, and are being reviewed.

the site is still down, so I can’t see how I will take out my winnings but I have asked them the question.

in regards to communication I can’t complain because I do receive a response.

the process it’s self is awful I have never known it take this long, and why all document that they need are not asked in the first instance, instead of separate..

Exactly the same thing happened to me. It was all a stalling tactic. I had to send everything individually. I was supposedly getting emails for verification, but I didn't get a single one. I had to keep asking in the chat. I've never experienced such a long stalling tactic at a casino.

Alles einzeln schicken gemusst, angeblich habe ich Emails für die Verifizierung bekommen, nein keine einzige habe ich bekommen, musste immer wieder im Chat nachfragen. No, first the payment was canceled because of the switch to the new site, then everything had to be verified again, of course every missing document was requested individually, so it dragged on for ages, and after everything was complete the site was suddenly down.

Nein, erst wurde die Auszahlung durch die Umstellung auf die neue Seite abgebrochen, dann musste alles neu verifiziert werden, natürlich jedes Dokument das gefehlt hat wurde einzeln angefordert, so wurde es schön in die Länge gezogen, nachdem dann wohl alles komplett war, war die Seite auf einmal down .

The website has been online for a few days now, all the documents for the KYC have been submitted for a long time, but unfortunately, nothing is happening. Withdrawals aren't possible because the KYC hasn't been completed. I find it truly appalling how they're playing for time here.

Furthermore, when the site is down, you can't even lose the money; hence, I see no favour in this. Quite the opposite, imagine being in the support's shoes once this is over and players with opinions similar to yours start asking you intriguing questions. I'm just saying we should all try to stay calm and be pragmatic.

iWildCasino is honestly the worst casino experience I’ve seen. It completely lacks professionalism, transparency, and trust — basically everything a gambler should expect from a casino. This platform should definitely get noticed by Casino Guru experts, because players deserve to be warned before depositing there.
