Pokušavao sam da pomognem svojoj majci oko tehničkog problema koji je stalno imala u CasiGo-u gde nije mogla da vidi nijednu igru koju je mogla da igra, a jedinih šest igara koje je videla bile su na njenoj nedavno odigranoj listi!!!
Pošto je upravo uplatila depozit, pitala je da li mogu da joj to uradim pre nego što ode u krevet.
Bliži se kraj jednosatnog ćaskanja sa četovanjem uživo gde sam dao brojne snimke ekrana i gomilu informacija o tome šta mislim da je uzrokovalo problem, bezobzirno sam pokrenut iz ćaskanja i njen nalog je trenutno zaključan, tražeći njen depozit.
Sve ovo zato što sam iskrena osoba i rekao sam im da ja rešavam ovo pitanje umesto nje, pošto ona ne razume sve tehničke BS, i pomislio sam da bi moglo da pomogne da se prijavim na svoj nalog i pokažem im da igre se, u stvari, učitavaju za mene na ovoj IP adresi. Ovo bi pokazalo da je problem na njihovoj strani, a ne na strani korisnika.
Sada kada je zaključala svoj nalog, mora da prođe kroz probleme sa podrškom e-poštom i verifikacijom pre nego što joj otključaju nalog.
Ako bude imala sreće, možda će ipak moći da igra ove nedelje. Uf.

I was trying to help my mother with a technical issue she kept having at CasiGo where she is unable to see any games to play, and the only six games she could see, were on her recently played list!!!
Since she had just made a deposit, she asked if I could get it to work for her before she went to bed.
Nearing the end of an hour-long chat with livechat where I provided numerous screenshots and a ton of information about what I think was causing the issue, I was unceremoniously booted from the chat and her account is now currently locked, asking with her deposit.
All of this because I'm an honest person and told them that I was handling this issue for her, as she doesn't understand all the technical BS, and I thought it might help to login to my own account and show them that the games do, in fact, load for me at this IP address. This would show the problem being on their side and not customer side.
Now that she's locked out of her account, she has to go through the hassle of EMAILING support and getting verified before they'll unlock her account.
If she's lucky, maybe she'll still be able to play this week. Ugh.
