Uplatio sam 150 funti sterlinga 09.11.2025. Od tog datuma nisam mogao da pristupim svom nalogu, uneo sam svoju imejl adresu u polje „resetovanje lozinke", ali nikakva imejl adresa ne stiže na moju imejl adresu.
Svakodnevno sam na ćaskanju uživo, svaki dan sam pisao imejlove podršci i dalje ne mogu da reše problem. Osećam se kao da me kolege stalno izvrću, tražeći po ko zna koji put da opišem problem i šaljem snimke ekrana. Još uvek čekam povraćaj novca, podneo sam i žalbe i JOŠ UVEK ne mogu da pristupim svom nalogu, čak sam i tražio povraćaj novca, a i dalje mi ne kažu da li će odgovoriti na moj zahtev, jer sredstva nisu iskorišćena. Svaki agent korisničke službe vam postavlja isti problem i traži da mu date isti dokument, a vi se osećate kao da su vas izvrnuli. Svi su beskorisni u svom poslu, iskreno, i ne pružaju vam nikakvu pomoć.
I deposited £150 GBP on 09/11/2025. Since that date I have not been able to access my account, I entered my email on the 'reset password' but no email comes through to my email.
I've been onto live chat every day, I've emailled support every day and still they can't sort it. I feel repeatedly gaslit by colleagues who for the nth time keep asking me to describe the issue time and time again and send screenshots time and time again. I'm still waiting for my money back and I've raised complaints too and I STILL can't get into my account, even I've asked for a refund and still they won't tell me whether they will action my request, since the fund are not used. Every single customer service agent asks you the same issue and asks you to give the same document and you feel gaslit by them. They are all useless at their job, quite frankly and give you no help whatsoever.
