A fortunate woman didn’t have much sleep after realizing that she won a life-changing lottery jackpot.

That’s the story of one Korumburra, Victoria, Australia woman, who won one of the division one prizes from a recent Weekday Windfall drawing.

Three winners take home AU$1m each from Weekday Windfall draw 4714

The lucky winner decided to try her luck by entering Weekday Windfall’s draw 4714 on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

She purchased her ticket from the Korumburra Post Office at 30 Commercial Street in Korumburra.

Interestingly, she emerged as one of the winners of a division one prize from the latest drawing.

The winning numbers on draw 4714 were 11, 33, 37, 15, 31 and 1, while supplementary numbers were 20 and 35.

Across Australia, there were a total of three division one winning entries, each entitled to a life-changing top prize of AU$1m ($705,000).

Surprisingly, all three division one winning entries from Weekday Windfall’s draw 4714 were purchased from Victoria.

Seeing AU$1m prize, the winner thought, 'Surely not!'

The fortunate Korumburra woman’s winning entry wasn’t registered with an account, which is why The Lott had no way to contact the winner and give her the good news.

Instead, the lottery waited until the lucky player checked her ticket and came forward.

The lucky woman decided to check her ticket and was shocked to see that she had won AU$1m.

"Thank you very much! I’m gobsmacked," the woman laughed in an interview for an official with The Lott.

Recalling the moment she checked her ticket, the player said that she didn’t know what to think and was in disbelief.

"I got my husband to double check it because I thought, ‘Surely not!’."

"When we checked, it was already nighttime, so we got no sleep after that. There were lots of tossing and turning," the winner added.

Acknowledging that she felt shocked, the woman said that winning such a life-changing prize also felt weird.

Asked about her plans for the unexpected windfall, the woman admitted that she will help her family.

Finally, she thanked the lottery official once again and said she hopes she will sleep better now.
