The popular gambling streamer and Kick backer, Trainwreck (real name Tyler Niknam), has said that he will be taking a week’s break from gambling after he supposedly lost $19.5m in the space of just five days.
This comes shortly after Trainwreck emerged from his privacy in early June, announcing that he had received threats against his person that required him to withdraw from streaming for "security reasons."

He is heading for another hiatus from gambling now that he has amassed the eye-watering loss, though. In a post shared on X by Train Clips which he said that he was "shook" by the amount that he had gambled away and lost.
While he did win nearly $10m in early June, his most recent results have been debilitating. Of course, this announcement did not come without its fair share of comments posted by various online users.
Some accused Trainwreck of not being honest about the real amounts he had been gambling, suggesting that the streamer was using fake balances to give himself the appearance of being able to spend much more than he actually could.
Trainwreck, though, appeared to be truly upset about his loss and argued that it was not a great feeling to have to return the money he had amassed back to Stake.com, his preferred platform of choice.
Trainwreck has also amassed a 2-million-strong followership on Kick, but has remained a polarizing figure, not least because of accusations of misogyny, which the streamer has flatly denied. He has been accused of such tendencies back in 2017 and 2018 by media publications The Verge and Polygon, respectively.
Regardless of these allegations, Trainwreck has remained one of the most influential people in the gambling industry and one of the most prominent gambling streamers there are. Whether his recent loss is genuine is still a subject to speculation, however.
