The premium gaming and entertainment resort in Illinois, Wind Creek Chicago Southland, expanded its list of amenities with the addition of a new signature Italian steakhouse.
Earlier this week, the venue proudly unveiled the grand opening of Alto, its new signature Italian steakhouse created by Fabio Viviani, the acclaimed celebrity chef.
The brand-new restaurant, which promises an elevated dining experience, is located at the Wind Creek Chicago hotel's 17th floor.
At Alto, guests can enjoy a refined menu, offering grilled steaks, handcrafted pastas, as well as fresh seafood.
Combining modern culinary and sweeping views, the new restaurant further increases the available amenities for Wind Creek Chicago Southland guests.
The opening of the new restaurant comes after back in 2023, Wind Creek Hospitality joined forces with Chef Fabio Viviani.
Under the duo's multi-concept partnership, the famous Chef's team helped oversee other dining venues at Wind Creek Chicago, including its popular seafood and oyster bar, Shuck It.
The aforementioned agreement culminated with the recent grand opening of Alto, which offers "stunning skyline views, bold Italian flavors, and world-class hospitality, bringing a Chicago-caliber culinary destination to the Southland region," as described by Wind Creek Hospitality.
Roger Kuehn, Wind Creek Chicago Southland's Executive Vice President and General Manager, said about Alto: "This is a milestone moment for Wind Creek Hospitality—not just for our resort, but for the region."
Finally, the executive pointed out: "From the beginning, we set out to raise the bar for what's possible in the Southland, and with Alto, we're proud to help redefine Chicago's culinary edge just beyond the city skyline."
Chef Fabio Viviani was equally excited and added: "With Alto, we're elevating guests' dining experience by delivering refined flavors and exceptional hospitality in one of the most dynamic dining rooms in Chicagoland."
Last but not least, the famous Chef outlined: "It's approachable elegance with vibrant character—exactly what the Southland deserves."
Alto is the latest amenity to welcome guests at Wind Creek Chicago Southland.
The opening of the new signature Italian steakhouse follows a busy 12 months that saw the venue unveil a new spa, luxury hotel and a state-of-the-art casino.
Wind Creek Chicago Southland is managed by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians' authority, Wind Creek Hospitality.
The aforementioned Tribe is the only Indian Tribe in Alabama that is federally recognized.
The Poarch Band of Creek Indians, via Wind Creek Hospitality, manages nearly a dozen hotel and casino resorts as well as racetracks in Alabama and Florida.
