Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas hotel and casino resorts earned prestigious honors for the supreme entertainment, hospitality and amenities they offer.
Earlier this week, the leading gaming, entertainment and hospitality company announced that four of its hotel and casino resorts in Las Vegas earned AAA Diamond Designations.
Recognized as a landmark for luxury experiences and supreme amenities, the AAA Diamond Designations distinguish only the best casino hotels and resorts across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean.
Notably, fewer than 1%of nearly 23,000 AAA Diamond-designated hotels achieve Five Diamond status, a testament to their ability to deliverworld-class luxury, exceptional service, and personalized experiences for their guests.
In a list of 161 AAA-rated hotel and casino resorts, Caesars Entertainment’s THE VILLAS Caesars Palace emerged as the Number One casino hotel.
What’s more, THE VILLAS obtained AAA Five Diamond status for a second consecutive year.
Equally as important, The Vanderpump Hotel was distinguished with the AAA Four Diamond status, after operating for only three months.
Further prestigious honors include Caesars Palace and Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace, which retained their AAA Four Diamond designations for a second consecutive year.
To obtain the prestigious AAA Diamond status, hotels and casino resorts go through extensive evaluation.
Part of the process includes anonymous overnight stays, unexpected inspections, and other activities that seek to determine the overall guest experience.
Once a hotel obtains the prestigious certification, the venue must also undergo annual re-evaluations to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
Terrence O'Donnell, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Caesars Palace and The Cromwell, shared his excitement about the latest recognitions, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"The AAA recognition earned by THE VILLAS Caesars Palace, Caesars Palace, Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace and The Vanderpump Hotel is a testament to the passion and dedication of our Team Members," he said.
Moreover, O’Donnell pointed out: "This year, we celebrated six decades of Caesars Palace and welcomed The Vanderpump Hotel to our portfolio, showcasing both our legacy and our continued evolution."
In conclusion, the executive explained that the prestigious honors highlight Caesars’ dedication to delivering unique experiences for guests of its resorts and outlined that the company is delighted to be recognized with one of the most respected recognitions in the travel industry.
