Red Tiger launches with "timed jackpots" in Michigan

Red Tiger, a premier developer of online slot games, has expanded its presence in the North American market. As part of Evolution, the company has broken new ground into the Michigan iGaming market with its unique progressive jackpot games, and now four operators pending launch.

Red Tiger focuses on the "timed jackpots" with this new business move and is effectively the only supplier currently in the United States to cater to this particular segment. The concept intrigues both operators and players as it provides value for both.

Essentially, Red Tiger’s timed jackpots allow operators to launch jackpot games that are guaranteed to drop by a certain point in time, the company informed in a press release shared on its website.

Red Tiger has already been successful in other jurisdictions in North America, including Quebec and Ontario in Canada, and Connecticut in the United States. Michigan adds to the supplier’s momentum in the country, with 48 slot games soon to go live with the operators.

The games come with two progressive jackpots that are configurable, to wit the Mini Jackpot and Daily Jackpot, paying amounts starting at $100 and $1,000 respectively. The jackpots will be configured to drop before a specific time of day, with a good chance that operators may choose to set this time between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm when most players participate.

Evolution CCO of North America, Jeff Millar, hailed this opportunity and said that he was particularly happy to see this partnership in Michigan materialize itself. "Our unique timed jackpot mechanic will create a sense of excitement amongst players, a thrill that can only come from this countdown effect," Millar noted.

He confirmed that Red Tiger and Evolution are constantly on the lookout to build meaningful relationships in the North American market, seeking to expand steadily in the jurisdiction. More jurisdictions are set to follow, Millar said, as Red Tiger is interested in launching with new partners and in more markets.

Red Tiger still has many new iGaming markets to explore in the United States. Pennsylvania, Colorado, and New Jersey are just some of the available options for further growth by leading suppliers.
