The global gaming and entertainment company, MGM Resorts International, enjoyed strong performance during the second quarter of 2026.
Releasing its latest operational results, covering the three months ended June 30, 2026, the company reported record second quarter revenue and significant uptick in online revenue.
Per MGM Resorts’ Q2 2026 report, the company’s consolidated revenue was $4.5bn, a result that signals an increase of 1% year-over-year.
Notably, this result marked a record for a second quarter, the company explained in a press release.
Additional details released by MGM Resorts reveal that the net income attributable to the company was $292m in Q2 this year, compared to $49m reported for the corresponding period last year.
According to MGM Resorts’ latest financial report, consolidated Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 this year was $610m, compared to $648m reported during the same quarter in 2025.
A breakdown of the total revenue reveals that the company’s Las Vegas Strip Resorts reported $2.2bn in revenue during Q2.
That result, shows an increase of 3% when compared to the $2.1bn figure from the same period last year.
On the other hand, MGM Resorts’ Regional Operations saw a 4% decrease in revenue, which halted at $924m, down from $965m in Q2 2025.
The financial update reveals that MGM China’s revenue in Q2 this year was on par with last year’s result at $1.1bn.
Importantly, MGM Digital’s revenue soared during the latest trading period.
In Q2 this year, MGM Digital posted $196m in revenue, up by 20% when compared to Q2 2025 when it halted to $164m.
Bill Hornbuckle, MGM Resorts’ President and CEO, spoke with excitement about the latest financial results.
"MGM Resorts once again demonstrated the strength of our diversified portfolio with record second quarter consolidated revenue driven by a second consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth for Las Vegas Strip Resorts, all-time best Regional Operations same-store quarterly revenue, and 20% year-over-year revenue growth at MGM Digital," the executive explained.
Hornbuckle pointed to this ongoing positive momentum, adding that MGM Resorts remains dedicated to investing in the largest integrated resort in the world, MGM Osaka.
He explained that the project remains on track for an opening in 2030.
