Hard Rock Bet has relaunched its Help Center with the sports betting and gaming app now focusing on providing players with better access to information regarding the platform, the company said in an official update on its page.
The sportsbook app has sought to enhance the functionality of such features as Live Chat and Email support, making sure that consumers can get in touch with customer support quicker than before.
In addition, the Help Center can be easily opened from the Account menu, presenting players with a much simpler and streamlined overall experience.
Hard Rock Bet has used customer feedback to ensure that consumers can use organic language to answer questions such as "What are my deposit and withdrawal options?" and "Why was my deposit declined?"
Another improvement is the arrangement of the Help Center categories, which now shows the company has introduced the most popular categories front-and-centre while pushing others down.
Players may further personalize the look of the Help Center based on their own preferences, which will enhance their stay with the app.
The Help Center has also sought to integrate all the player queries that have been raised with the company and have required human assistance into a new chatbot, Betsy.
For its part, Betsy is an intuitive chatbot that has been programmed to answer all of the most popular questions in a quick and professional manner.
Failure to furnish an answer does not stymie Betsy either, as the chatbot will quickly refer you to a live customer support agent if need is.
Overall, the latest update is a quick way to patch up some minor grievances that customers may have had with the overall platform functionality, and another opportunity for Hard Rock Bet to demonstrate its commitment to its customers.
Hard Rock Bet launched in December 2023, and it has been one of the most ambitious sports betting apps, riddled by legal opposition, but ultimately triumphant. Presently, Hard Rock Bet is exclusive to the state of Florida.
