Glitnor to strengthen B2C unit with Mel Camilleri-Bland

Glitnor, one of the fastest growing groups in the iGaming industry that is behind popular brands such as HappyCasino and LuckyCasino, announced its intention to strengthen its senior-level team with a new appointment. The company confirmed this week that it will be bolstering its business-to-customer (B2C) team, LCKY Group, with the appointment of a new Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Mel Camilleri-Bland, an expert with nearly two decades of experience within the online gambling vertical was selected for the important role. Joining Glitnor's LCKY Group, she will assume the role once the outgoing COO, Cameron Brown, departs from the company.

Overall, Camilleri-Bland brings more than 15 years of experience within the online gambling sector. Her extensive experience, track record and proven leadership in markets across the globe undoubtedly make her an invaluable addition to Glitnor's growing team of experts.

With Camilleri-Bland as COO of its B2C unit, Glitnor anticipatesboosting its planned expansion throughout 2024 and beyond. According to the company, she will play a key role in its future and help the business reach a new level of growth.

He spoke about Camilleri-Bland's extensive experience across the globe saying that she played an important role in the growth of a number of businesses within the industry. Camilleri-Bland was similarly thrilled, outlining that she has worked for more than a decade within the online gambling industry. She added that it is exciting to join Glitnor's B2C unit and leverage her extensive knowledge. The upcoming COO spoke about Glitnor's ongoing efforts toward growth, adding that it is thrilling to join the company at such an important moment.

Throughout her career, Camilleri-Bland accumulated significant knowledge and skills. She previously held the role of Group Director of Compliance at BVGroup. Her professional background includes important senior-level roles with Mayfly Entertainment Limited, as well as BetVictor, among other recognizable companies within the gambling vertical.
