North America's premier gaming and betting company, FanDuel, expanded its responsible gaming tools with the addition of a new feature.
This week, the company announced the release of My Spend, a brand-new feature that encourages customers to better manage their budget and enables them to track their spending.
Offering customers a streamlined method to view their game stats, including winnings, spending and betting patterns, the feature enables bettors to better control their activities.
Besides the My Spend dashboard, FanDuel encourages its growing customer base to also use its other responsible gambling tools, including wager and deposit limits.
The development of the newest responsible gaming tool was completed based on "internal and external research," a press release from FanDuel reveals.
The research uncovered that players are interested in their own spending habits and behavior and require personalized insights to better understand them.
My Spend is available for FanDuel's entire portfolio, including the operator's sportsbook, fantasy, racing, faceoff and casino products.
Alison Kutler, FanDuel's Vice President, Responsible Gaming and Community Impact, spoke with excitement about the launch of My Spend.
"FanDuel believes our customers should always have a budget and plan in mind when they engage with our products, and we are thrilled to introduce My Spend to help customers track their spending and manage their play," she explained.

Raising awareness of its newest responsible gaming feature, FanDuel confirmed it will air a new advertisement.
Showcasing the launch of My Spend, the leading betting and gaming operator will encourage its consumers to give the feature a try and better manage their gambling.
The aforementioned advertisement is expected to air across English and Spanish-speaking channels. My Spend advertisements are also set to appear via paid social media and digital channels.
Tapping into My Spend, FanDuel customers gain access to personalized data, including the amount they deposited or winnings they secured.
The bettors can filter data covering a period of seven days, four weeks or three months, gaining unique insights into their gambling habits.
To better control their gambling, bettors can combine My Spend with responsible gaming tools such as wagering and deposit limits.
