The leading company offering iGaming retention and engagement services, Enteractive, expanded its reach in Italy thanks to a new partnership. The company announced Wednesday that it joined forces with NetBet, the leading online casino and sports betting operator.
Under the terms of the recent deal, which is already being executed, Enteractive provides its leading engagement services for NetBet customers in Italy. The deal covers both casino and sports betting segments and is expected to boost the engagement and retention rates for the operator's Italian brands.
According to a statement released by Enteractive, the services are delivered via a "seamless integration of selected player databases." As a result, agents that are speaking the native language are engaging on behalf of NetBet with customers by using a one-to-one approach.
This is a method that has proven to be effective in increasing customer engagement which in turn helps operators increase the generated revenue from their audiences. What's more, the services are delivered by Enteractive, a company with more than 14 years of experience in player retention. With that in mind, using native-speaking agents, Enteractive supports different operators around the globe reaching more than 13,000 customers every month.
Andrew Foster, Enteractive's Chief Business Officer, said about the latest collaboration: "Our Italian teams at Enteractive are making a real difference to the bottom line revenues for NetBet in Italy." The company's Chief Business Officer added: "Players have told us that it makes a real difference to have a phone call from a brand, showing they care about player enjoyment and entertainment."
Filippo Stotani, NetBet's country manager for Italy, added that the company strives to inform its clients about new features, benefits and services.
At the same time, he acknowledged that the new deal with Enteractive will engage with the customers more directly and offer instant information and assistance. Finally, Stotani said: "The personalized approach of calling the players and having a chat with them really works and they seem to appreciate it."
Enteractive's latest announcement comes after last month, the company expanded further into the US. Late in October, the company secured a license from the gambling regulator in Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). This enabled Enteractive to join forces with operators and provide its leading retention services.
More recently, earlier this month, Enteractive achieved a leading data security certification. The company was awarded Cyber Essentials Plus certification. The prestigious certification is a testament to the company's security and trustworthiness within cyber security.
