The leading reactivation, innovation, technology and engagement services provider for the iGaming industry, Enteractive, announced Wednesday that it expanded its US-facing reach. The company revealed that it was granted a new service license by the gambling regulator in Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
Thanks to the latest license approval, Enteractive expanded into a new market with a 9.5 million adult population. Leveraging its leading Activation Cloud Platform, the company can now engage on behalf of operators with customers that have already registered but are yet to deposit.
What's more, Enteractive can also engage with sportsbook fans who have recently started depositing and are yet to increase their activity. By using the company's leading platform, sportsbooks currently active in Pennsylvania can seamlessly engage with audiences via a personalized approach.
Enteractive can also provide operators in the state with its leading API technology that helps drive customer engagement. Although the company offers unique customer engagement solutions, it remains committed to responsible gambling and player protection. Currently, responsible gambling is a part of Enteractive's global player protection strategy.
In a statement released on October 26, 2022, Enteractive's CEO, Mikael Hansson, said: "With this Pennsylvania license in addition to our license in New Jersey, we're available to support player retention for sportsbooks in the two largest online gambling states of the US." Finally, the company's boss outlined: "With some leading US brands already working with our stateside teams, our journey across the pond gets more exciting each day."
Andrew Foster, Enteractive's CBO, added that the company's individual approach toward players in the regulated US gambling market proved to be a success. He pointed out that the company is proud to expand its presence further into Pennsylvania.
In conclusion, Foster said: "It's encouraging to see that the US audience is as appreciative of a personal, qualitative approach as the other global audiences we engage with on behalf of operator brands."
The recent licensing in Pennsylvania complements Enteractive's ongoing growth. In fact, besides the Keystone State, the company also has a presence in key markets such as New Jersey and Illinois.
The latest announcement comes on the heels of a recent leadership hire, announced by Enteractive. Last week, the company hired Faye Williams as Head of Account Management for its business-to-business team.
By hiring the services of Williams, the company sought to further expand into the reactivation and retention vertical. Ultimately, Enteractive revealed that the appointment seeks to help the company continue growing further and enter new regulated jurisdictions.
