Enteractive, the leading company offering engagement and iGaming retention services, announced a senior team appointment last week. The company said Friday that it hired the services of Faye Williams. As a part of the company, she will take the position of Head of Account Management for its business-to-business team.
In a statement released by Enteractive on October 21, 2022, Williams commented on the topic by saying: "I'm excited to join Enteractive as the company continues to grow as the leader in the field of reactivation and retention, working with so many of the major operators around the world."
Last but not least, she added: "It's a hugely important period at the moment, with the United States upping the ante for everyone in the sector, and I look forward to helping the company drive more active players for iGaming brands worldwide."
As a leader in retention and engagement services, Enteractive currently offers a proprietary Activation Cloud technology platform. The innovative platform enables operators to leverage the integration of different player databases. At the same time, the platform supports multiple languages which allows operators to engage with their customers by introducing personalized offerings in different markets.
What's more, the company helps operators increase retention and engagement with new and existing clients which ultimately boosts revenue. This is achieved via a personalized approach for each player with the help of technologies such as web applications, SMS or email.
Enteractive's new Head of Account Management for B2B will report to the company's Chief Business Officer, Andrew Foster. Sharing his excitement on the topic, Foster said: "In 2022, Enteractive has seen remarkable growth with both new clients coming onboard and entrance to new markets around the world, most notably in North America."
Moreover, he acknowledged that Williams has significant experience within the iGaming industry. Last but not least, according to Foster, Williams' solid background and iGaming industry experience will play a key role for Enteractive's B2B team, which in turn, will help the company to continue growing.
Besides the latest appointment, Enteractive announced another strategic collaboration recently. The company revealed that it became the 30th member of the iGaming European Network, iGEN. At the time of the announcement, Enteractive's CEO, Mikael Hansson said: "I think it's very important we support iGEN in its work to cater for the needs of the industry and make sure we work together for the sector's future in Malta and Europe."
Before that, Enteractive joined forces with the leading iGaming company that offers solutions for the industry, Gaming Innovation Group. The new agreement saw the company provide its retention services for customers of GiG Marketplace.
