  • The prestigious award comes after an assessment conducted by Energage
  • In another move toward recognizing the efforts of its workforce, Hard Rock Atlantic City awarded its employees a share of $10m in bonuses

The go-to gaming, hospitality and entertainment venue in Atlantic City, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, announced it was recognized with a prestigious award.

The operator confirmed it has been named a USA Today Top Workplaces Award Winner, an achievement that comes for the second year in a row.

The prestigious award follows an independent assessment

Hard Rock Atlantic City made it to the 31st place on the list of USA Today Top Workplaces Award Winners for 2025.

The hotel and casino resort was recognized in the category of large organizations, considering that it employes more than 2,500 workers.

To make it to the prestigious USA Today Top Workplaces list, Hard Rock Atlantic City employees participated in an anonymous survey.

The leading independent human resources technology and research company, Energage, was tasked with collecting the feedback of more than 1,000 workers, who shared their honest opinions about their employer.

It was back in 2023 when USA Today first joined forces with Energage, granting the company the responsible task of identifying businesses that stand out with people-first cultures.

George Goldhoff, Hard Rock Atlantic City's President, shared his excitement about the latest award, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

He outlined that Hard Rock Atlantic City is honored to appear for the second time on the USA Today's Top Workplaces list.

"This achievement is a testament to the dedication, passion, and commitment of our incredible team members, who are the heart and soul of our organization. Their hard work drives our success and embodies our core value of 'Love All, Serve All,'" Goldhoff added.

Finally, the executive pointed out: "We celebrate their unwavering efforts in making Hard Rock Atlantic City a truly exceptional workplace for two consecutive years."

Employees at the go-to hotel and casino in Atlantic City recently received a share of $10m in bonuses

Last month, Hard Rock Atlantic City announced that it rewarded its employees with a share of $10m in bonuses.

This marked a tradition for the venue which has recorded outstanding results in 2024 and once again awarded its dedicated workers.

It's worth noting that the survey by Energage that ultimately helped Hard Rock Atlantic City secure a spot on the USA Today's Top Workplaces list was conducted weeks ahead of the announced monetary incentives.

Besides the go-to hotel and casino resort, its corporate parent company, Hard Rock International, has also won a range of prizes, recognizing its dedication to its employees.

Notably, Hard Rock International has been named on the America's Best Large Employers list by Forbes in 2025. This was the company's seventh such recognition in the last eight years.
