The leading global hospitality, gaming and entertainment company, Hard Rock International (HRI), announced that its employees at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City were recognized for their dedication and efforts and will receive a share of more than $10m in bonuses. The financial incentives impacted thousands of non-union and union team members, holding a wide range of positions.

The announcement was made earlier this week during the venue's Annual Town Hall Event. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City confirmed that besides the $10m in bonuses, its employees had the opportunity to win a share of $100,000 in cash, as well as other prizes.

The monetary incentives and additional prizes highlight the unstoppable efforts and commitment of the employees of the premium entertainment and gaming destination. Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City also recognizes its employees' commitment to exceptional customer service that helps drive the success of the resort.

In a statement, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City explained: "We witness our team members' unwavering dedication to providing superior service every day, and it is truly inspiring." The premium entertainment and gaming resort added: "Our team strives to live up to our 'Love All – Serve All' motto each day to make a difference both for our guests and within our community."

Jim Allen, HRI's Chairman, shared the positive vibe. "Hard Rock Atlantic City team members are the key to our success in the market, and we are honored to recognize them and their hard work," he added.

In addition to the efforts of its employees, Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City highlighted its contribution to the city's communities. During the latest meeting, the venue emphasized the launch of UNITY by Hard Rock, its new loyalty program.

The latest announcement comes after recently, HRI was recognized as one of the best employers in America. Forbes recognized the company as one of America's Best Large Employers. This prestigious award was secured by the company for the seventh consecutive year, underlining its ongoing efforts across the country.

The recently awarded bonuses are a part of a commitment dating back to 2022. Since then, HRI pledged to invest more than $100m in salaries for its US employees. This increase in wages affects 95 different job classifications.
