For the sixth year in a row, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City awarded significant bonuses to its employees, thanking them for their hard work and dedication that resulted in record-breaking results for the property in 2024.
On Thursday, Hard Rock confirmed that $10m in bonuses were awarded to both union and non-union team members at Hard Rock Atlantic City.
The premium Boardwalk entertainment casino resort praised the efforts of its workforce and awarded them with substantial bonuses.
A total of two Town Hall events took place where executives and leaders highlighted the efforts of Hard Rock Atlantic City employees and awarded them with a share of $100,000 in cash and prizes in addition to the monetary bonuses.
George Goldhoff, Hard Rock Atlantic City's President, spoke about the success the venue recorded in 2024, recognizing the key role of the team members in that process.
"Today's Town Hall is a celebration of the hard work and dedication of our Hard Rock family and we thank them for their incredible efforts," he explained.
Jim Allen, Hard Rock International's Chairman, congratulated the hotel and casino resort's employees and management during the two Town Hall sessions.
The executive said that the bonuses and additional prizes reaffirm the company's gratitude and appreciation to its dedicated employees, who helped deliver outstanding experiences to Hard Rock Atlantic City visitors.
"2024 was indeed a record-breaking year in many categories for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, and we want to recognize the hard work of team members who made it all possible," Allen explained.
Last but not least, Hard Rock International's Chairman pointed out: "We set records for overall profit, market share, hotel occupancy, slot win and table games drop. We also had a record-breaking year for conventions, food and beverage, entertainment, spa and hotel room sales."
Earlier this month, the premium hotel and casino in Virginia, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol, confirmed the opening of its poker room on February 7, 2025.
