The upcoming CasinoBeats Summit 2024 will do a lot to promote the role of women in the casino industry, celebrating their successes and triumphs, and discussing the challenges women still face to this very day, as part of the gathering’s "The Women in Gaming Day." Commenting on the opportunity to put an emphasis on women’s participation in the industry, SBC Senior Conference Producer Natalie Lees had this to add:

"It's a platform for women to unite, share their successes, and cultivate the leadership qualities needed to thrive in the industry. It was really important for us to bring practical takeaways from these sessions and structure the day to ensure a seamless flow from each session. It is all about providing a collaborative, fun and educational experience at CasinoBeats Summit, fostering both personal and professional growth."

The Women in Gaming Day will take place on Thursday, May 23, and is the second day of the CasinoBeats Summit 2024. The event will start with "Women in Gaming Breakfast" which is a light format for women to network, exchange know-how, and chat in a non-formal atmosphere.

The first workshop will then be led by Anna Luiza Cardoso and Svetlana Abela, yoga experts, who will guide women through "Mindful Mastery: A Meditation Workshop for Stress Management and Presence."

The next important stop in the day will be the "Voices Unveiled: Illuminating Bias Through Shared Stories" which will take on some of the more serious issues that women still face in the industry. This could be stories of physical ailments, mental health struggles, or other challenges faced in the office. The stories will be shared anonymously and discussed in the workshop.

Then, there will be the "High Stakes Leadership" which will focus on helping participants navigate the workplace better and pursue career opportunities as they deal with stress. Not least, participants will have the chance to wrap up the day as part of a 100-person poker tournament hosted by Fiebre Ltd. CEO Ivonne Montealegre.
