I got 25 free spins on top of my €20 deposit! The FS only brought in a few euros, of course. The amount won at Wolfy immediately becomes real money. No bonus money! And even if that were the case, the real money from the total balance would be used first and the bonus money at the end! I then earned a bit right at the start and worked my way up to €800. I look at my balance, it says €800 real balance, withdrawable amount €800. So that's fine. Then I make a withdrawal, up until then everything worked correctly. Yesterday I got an email saying it was bonus money and that I should get the maximum amount of €250 paid out. At no time was any bonus money shown in my balance or that my €800 was not withdrawable.

I've been playing there for ages. I deposited daily and didn't win anything for a long time, and then I won again. They do things like that. I've made withdrawals before, and they paid out.

Dann nehme ich eine Auszahlung vor , bis dahin alles geklappt und korrekt . Gestern nach bekomme ich eine email das es Bonus Geld ist und ich mir den Max Betrag 250 ausgezahlt bekommen soll . Mir wurde zu keiner Zeit Bonus Geld in meinem Guthaben angezeigt oder das meine 800 Euro nicht auszahlbar sind .

ich spiele seit Ewigkeiten dort , habe täglich einbezahlt und lange nichts gewonnen und dann gewinnt man mal wieder machen die sowas . Ich habe davor schon Auszahlungen vorgenommen die auch ausgezahlt wurden .

You can either access your betting history from your account or in case not, you can request it from the casino's e-mail support.

Please note that it is a crucial evidence to determine how your balance got accumulated - in case the bonus was still active and you did bets over the allowed limit, the casino is entitled to void such winnings.

Additionally, while a bonus is active, it does not matter whether the real balance or the bonus balance is deducted first, the rules still apply.
