In case we determine the player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods aimed at safe wagering of this bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of the current real and bonus balances, and may as well get blocked for the bonus abuse. This may also include:

- Placing unusually large or strategically timed bets to manipulate the bonus system—such as leaving high-stake wagers open in games like blackjack, or placing sportsbook bets on extremely low odds (e.g., below 1.20)—intending to settling them only after meeting bonus wagering requirements.

- Leaving large bets on the table, for example, in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.

The player was depositing, receiving bonuses, placed high stakes at odds ~1.03 (securing the real money) and then used the bonuses. Afterwards - received the real money back.

Hello Attila, the bets I placed were on sports, and yes, I was fully verified. I didn't make any profits with bonuses, and they claim I manipulated the system, as if that were even possible. They say I bet on very low odds to unlock the bonus, but I didn't benefit as they claim. I placed accumulator bets with real money at odds of 3.0 and also on low odds, sometimes even losing, but I never benefited from their bonus or manipulated anything beyond what was normal. They are abusing their system. I deposited 12,500 and am withdrawing 8,000, and I ask them where the profit I supposedly made from their bonus is, and they don't give me an answer. I lost 4,500 of my initial deposit, and even a few days ago I lost more, like 5,000 and even 10,000.

This is an abuse of power by the casino. They claim I abused the system by trying to release the bonus and that I broke the rules. But their own rules state that the player would be abusing the system to obtain the benefit, and the point here is that they are the ones abusing the system.

Why? Because I didn't release their bonus, I lost part of my deposit, and now they want to steal my remaining $8,000. Now they're saying the account was permanently blocked, but they're not mentioning the offer they made me in the chat: they said they'd unblock my account as long as I agreed to let my balance go to $0.

And of course I won't accept, because this is an injustice, a blatant robbery. Besides, I'm sure that if I accept their offer, they'll limit the account, and I wouldn't dream of depositing with them again.

So, the point is: I HAVEN'T BENEFITED FROM THE BONUS. I even lost $4,500, and a few days ago I lost about $14,000.
