Hello, 13 days ago I requested withdrawals which, according to the terms and conditions, should have been processed within 3 working days. The live support has been saying for 5 days that it is now being processed but nothing is happening. I get no response to emails. It is simply not processed and you are kept waiting forever without any explanation.

Guten Tag ich habe vor 13 Tagen Auszahlungen beantragt die laut AGB binnen 3 Werktage bearbeitet werden sollten . Im live Support wird seit 5 Tagen gesagt es wird jetzt bearbeitet aber es passiert einfach nichts . Auf Emails bekomme ich garkeine Antwort. Es wird einfach nicht bearbeitet und man wird ewig hingehalten ohne Begründung
