More than two weeks ago, I made a profit of €3,000. I requested a withdrawal of €500 each on three consecutive days and haven't received a payout yet.

I didn't play with a bonus and already received a payout before, which took 2 weeks.

Now, after more than two weeks, the money still hasn't arrived, and the payouts are still being processed. After contacting the chat daily, they just keep putting off the call and asking for patience.

Please help me.

Vor mehr als 2 Wochen hab ich einen Gewinn von 3000€ erzielt. Ich habe an 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen je 500€ Auszahlung angefordert und bis heute keine Auszahlung erhalten.

ich habe nicht mit Bonus gespielt und bereits eine Auszahlung zuvor erhalten, diese dauerte 2 Wochen.

Nun nach mehr als 2 Wochen ist das Geld immer noch nicht da und die Auszahlungen immer noch in Bearbeitung. Nach täglicher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Chat wird immer nur vertröstet und um Geduld gebeten.

Bitte helfen Sie mir.

ich wollte eine Verifizierung machen, doch dies wurde nie angefordert, es wurde mir nur gesagt, mein Konto benötigt derzeit keine Verifizierung.

Ja das haben Sie richtig verstanden, ich hatte zuvor 2 Auszahlungen am selben Tag und habe diese 2 Wochen später erhalten.

Ich kommuniziere täglich mehrmals mit dem Casino Live chat und es wird immer nur das selbe geantwortet. Es benötige Zeit aufgrund der vielen Auszahlungsanfragen und das Geld sei bald bei mir. Selbstverständlich habe ich viele Screenshots von der Kommunikation.

Hello! No, I haven't received any further payouts yet. Unfortunately, it seems like every payout at Slotexo takes this long. I requested the payout on October 23rd, so I suspect you have to wait at least two weeks.

Hallo! Nein, die weiteren Auszahlungen hab ich noch nicht erhalten. Leider sieht es so aus, als ob jede Auszahlung bei Slotexo so lang dauert. Ich hab die Auszahlung am 23.10. angefordert, ich vermute man muss 2 Wochen mindestens warten.
