I made a €20 deposit to ReloadBet, but the money was never credited to my casino account.

I contacted ReloadBet and provided them with the official payment confirmation from my bank as a PDF, as well as a screenshot showing the corresponding transaction time. I specifically asked them to investigate the payment with their Payment Service Provider (PSP) and either credit the €20 to my casino account or refund it to my bank account.

Despite providing clear proof of the payment, I have received no response or update from ReloadBet.

The €20 has therefore neither been credited to my casino balance nor refunded to me.

I am asking Casino Guru to assist me in resolving this matter and recovering the missing €20.

Casino Guru will never ask for payments or access to your accounts to complete KYC. If someone claims to be from Casino Guru and does that, do not share any information.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.
