My name is Josephine W. I played at the casino N1Bet

On June 23rd 2025 I won a large amount and cashed out part of €8000. Now all of a sudden it says that on June 22nd 2025 at around 10:21 am I committed a violation by exceeding the maximum bet of €5. After that everything of just over €9000 was confiscated. Nothing was violated whatsoever and there is nothing to be seen in the data sets I requested and there are also witnesses from my side who followed the whole thing. I have now asked several people at this casino to return my money, but they are not doing so (refusing) and are accusing me of doing so. They just keep requesting my data sets and I have already received them. I am asking for your help so that I receive my money and that it is paid out as quickly as possible as there has been no violation. If necessary I will be forced to take this to court and the rule of law must then make a decision.

Mein Name ist Josephine W. ich habe in dem casino N1Bet gespielt 

Am 23.06.2025 habe ich einen hohen Betrag gewonnen und ein Teil von 8000 ,-€ zur Auszahlung gegeben nun heißt es auf einmal das ich am 22.06.2025 so gegen 10:21 und ein verstoß begangen haben soll was den max wetteinsatz von 5,-€ überschritten haben soll darauf hin wurde alles eingezogen von etwas über 9000,-€ es wurde in keinster Weise gegen etwas verstoßen auch in meinen angeforderten Daten Sätzen ist nichts von zu sehen auch Zeugen von meiner Seite her gibt es die das ganze mit verfolgt haben .Ich habe jetzt mehr Fach dieses casino gebeten meine Gelder wieder her zustellen was diese aber nicht machen (verweigern) und unterstellen mir dieses weiter.kommen nur immer damit wieder meine Datensätze dies anzufordern und die habe ich schon bekommen ich bitte sie um hilfe das ich meine Gelder erhalte und diese ausbezahlt werden und das i kürzeste zeit da kein verstoß vorliegt .gegeben falls bin ich gezwungen dieses vor Gericht zu bringen und der Rechtsstaat muss dan entscheiden.

I have sent you the documents. I check them all the time, over and over again. In my opinion, there is no violation and at least what n1bet is currently stating.
