I made there significant profits and one day I had 13361€, few days later casino just deleted all the money from my balance, from 13361€ that I had, only 20€ left in my balance when I deposited there ~2500€...

My winnings have been earned solely through legitimate means through sports betting and casino play, there wasn't any abuse or unfair play from my side.

My account is fully KYC verified and I did not use any bonuses.

LVBET just scammed me for over 13 thousands euros, and when I asked what is up they told me they will let me know by mail however a week already passed and they didn't provide any update.

I can't believe this casino is pure scam and threat their customers in that way...

Yes my account is fully verified as you can see, everything requested for KYC is already approved. I can login however I can not play anywhere because functionality is disabled in sportsbook&casino.

Sports betting and various casino games like slots.

Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

I did not use any bonuses, only played with own money.

This is the only one correspondence from LVBET after I asked them why they steal all my money from balance by their support contact form. 7 days passed and they never sent any more information anymore.

This is very big amount that they just randomly took from my balance and I'm afraid that they just steal it. My balance weren't acquired in any illegal way, everything was just simply clean betting/play.

I did not receive any messages from LVbet over the time that I was waiting for reply in that complain.

After checking my skrill I see that they sent me 2440€ which is not even full amount that I deposited to their service.

This accusation is very strange to me because I only gamble alone and do not share with anyone that is my hobby.

Very shady behavior on their part, that after winning a significant amount of money they confiscated everything, closed account and even stole part of my deposit and all this without any email with justification.

I don't understand that due deposit patterns and betting same events as other users might be reason to scam player for over 10000€, if there would be any abuse from my side or provider voided these bets due some error I would understand but they just literally canceled all the winnings that were obtained in normal way.

I can't be responsible for other people I don't know depositing funds at the same time or playing the same games. This can't be a real reason not to pay the winnings...

Is it possible to share the information what exactly patters they mean? However anyway as I stated before I do not participate in any gambling group nor have I committed any fraud in their casino but I'm interested in what their accusations are based on.

I would like to hear their representative in this complain and speak publicly about this because their approach with closing and stealing in complete silence is a bit weird approach.

Casino states their rules that are abused to just only not pay huge winnings,

I did not have any other account in lvbet and my only account got fully verified, also I did not use any kid of prohibited software. For any player collusion accuse I would like to see a valid proof that there is strong evidence against it because I'm sure I was playing there myself without anyone else.

This statement is just a cover to avoid paying my winnings. Lvbet's approach in this case looks like fraud, complete silence for very long perioid, later trying to solve the case quietly without any evidence by avoiding public statements, and finally returning the deposit amount with a partial theft.

My total deposits there were 2,490€, they refunded 2440€ only, so they stole 50€ of my own money and 10,871€ winnings only because I won a high bet.

Unfortunately, I don't have good news for you. Since it was established that only 50 euros from your deposit were used on slots, and the rest was used in sports betting, we will not be able to help you. Please understand that if you placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino possibly detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
