I have been waiting since Mar. 1 for the casino to process my withdrawal. I've followed up twice and was told they would look into it, but they have not provided me with any other information. Given that it has now been 2 weeks, I am concerned.

My account is verified - I've successfully made a withdrawal from this casino in the past. My winnings were not with bonus funds. The last time I communicated with them was yesterday - they said they would review further but could not provide any other information.

completed on March 16th, 2025.
