This user created ~10 accounts on our website to claim a $0.50 promotion code that an affiliate accidently made without setting a wager requirement to claim, so brand new accounts with no wager history were able to claim.

The issue here is that this user created upwards of 10 accounts in order to claim these $0.50 codes on each account, we blocked and banned all 10 of his accounts, his complaint is that on one of his accounts he turned the $0.50 into $800 and now wants to withdraw it.

Please let me know if you'd like me to email you proof of all the accounts he created as well as their identical history of 0 deposits, $0.50 code claim, wager, instant withdraw.

No, I did use VPN that's why you think I am the same person and you did keep the account open so I could play with the locked funds and I won more then you blocked the whole account and when I tried to contact complaints@gaminglicences.com they told me this We have no relation with this website. They pretend to have an Anjouan license, but there is no proof this is the case.
