I deposited a lot of money. After that I didn't want to play anymore. The next day my VIP manager sent me an email that I had bonus cash. I played it and won 200 euros. This happened on June 22nd. After waiting a while, days, I spoke with live chat to find out how my withdrawal was going, which is always being processed. Now we are 12 days into waiting. They told me that it takes time. It is always being processed, they blocked my chat and even when I send an email to Fat Pirate support there is no confirmation received. Can you help me, thank you. I didn't break any rules, but I lost a lot of money, at least I recovered a small portion, but they didn't even decide to pay me what I am entitled to. Thanks
