As long as I was losing, my account worked without any problems. As soon as I started making profits, my account was blocked and an extensive KYC check was initiated.

For over three weeks I fully cooperated and submitted: driver's license, residence permit, bank statements, banking app screenshots, a complete payment service provider transaction receipt and a dated verification selfie.

Instead of a confirmation, each submission resulted in a new, sometimes identical, request.

Why I dispute this:

No specific reason was ever given. My game history shows no irregularities. The repeated, identical requests despite my full cooperation suggest deliberate delay rather than a genuine investigation.

What I wish for:

Verification completed and my balance fully paid out. If further documents are required, I request a specific explanation of what exactly is missing.

Kein konkreter Grund wurde je genannt. Meine Spielhistorie zeigt keine Auffälligkeiten. Die wiederholten, identischen Anfragen trotz vollständiger Kooperation deuten auf gezielte Verzögerung statt echte Prüfung hin.

Was ich wünsche:

Abschluss der Verifizierung und vollständige Auszahlung meines Guthabens. Falls weitere Dokumente nötig sind, fordere ich eine konkrete Begründung, was genau fehlt.

Beweise: Alle eingereichten Dokumente, vollständige Korrespondenz mit Betlabel, Nachweis der wiederholten identischen Anfragen.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
