i had a balance of 28020, i was able to withdraw deposit until 25th jan

suddenly my account my transaction were stopped and i was asked to furnish my kyc details

i furnished everything

registered phone number belongs to me

registered email id belongs to me

just that to hide my identity while registration i had entered incorrect last name as i was not aware that batery seeks kyc and validates the data

but even after providing everything -- Batery has still not activated my account and yesterday they withdrew my money in put it in their pocket suddenly my balance has gone to ZERO

website I have gone through each of them and all of them indicate only one thing that they can hold my winnings and not my deposited amount. I am asking them to return my deposited amount that too I had deposited 42000 and I have/had a balance of 28002 which I am asking them to refund which as per their clause 8.3 they are supposed to with a deduction of 10% of my deposited amount and 10$.

I have underlined all the points which clearly state that they can hold only my WINNINGS and not my deposited amount

10.2 Before making the payment, the employees of the company will verify the correspondence of the name, surname, birth dates of the client and also other data. If differences are found between the actual data and the data provided by the client, BATERY reserves the right to make a refund for all bets by the User and refuse to pay out winnings to the User unless they prove the identity and accuracy of entered data from placing any bets or wagers, or from withdrawing his/her funds.
