MiFinity ongelmat nosto (sivu 3)

Someone just wrote on Trustpilot that they've been waiting for payment for over 40 hours. It'll be two weeks for me tomorrow 😄. Something's fishy...

Da hat jemand gerade auf Trustpilot geschrieben, daß er seit über 40 std auf Zahlung wartet. Bei mir sind es morgen 2 Wochen 😄 . Irgendetwas ist da faul..

If you've done everything you could, then I guess the important thing now is to wait and see if anything changes.

Try to keep an eye on the situation with the other player you mentioned, to see if it's been resolved or not.

Yes, unfortunately I have no other choice, but starting next week I'll look for a lawyer who specializes in these kinds of cases. Thankfully, I have legal insurance. Of course, I stopped all payments through Mifinity a week ago. PS: I'm not getting any responses from Mifinity about this case anymore.

Ja mir bleibt leider nichts anderes übrig, aber ab nächste Woche schaue ich nach einem Anwalt der für solche Fälle spezialisiert ist . Habe Gott sei Dank eine Rechtschutzversicherung. Bezahlungen über mifinity habe ich seit 1 Woche natürlich eingestellt. Ps: es kommen jetzt gar keine Antworten mehr von mifinity über diesen Fall

So, all in all, payments via Mifinity work great, but if you receive a refund or a cancelled return via Mifinity, they want to keep it. That's unfortunately a fact, even though I've been a verified regular customer for over two years.

Also im großen und ganzen, Bezahlungen über mifinity klappen super aber wenn ihr eine Retoure stornierte Rücküberweisung über mifinity bekommt, wollen die es behalten. Daß ist leider Fakt, obwohl ich seit über 2 Jahren verifizierter Stammkunde sogar gewesen bin.

When such a situation occurs, I always feel sorry for the players. I know that an answer and reassurance or explanation would always help more than silence. But since it is a payment provider, we cannot help mediate such a case either. So if it gets to the point where you seek some legal help, I hope it will be resolved in a fair way.

Yes, I know, thanks anyway. Never again Mifinity or any payment providers in the future. Direct bank transfer is best, or Paysafecard 👍

Ja ich weiß trotzdem danke, in der Zukunft nie wieder mifinity oder irgendwelche Zahlungsdienstleister. Direkt Überweisung in ist am besten bzw Paysafecard 👍

Mifinity's failure to resolve such situations also disappoints me. 🙁 Thanks for those tips! And if you could kindly post any progress made, I guess you could save someone's day too. Getting a lawyer involved sounds like a move this payment provider may listen to. Wish you smooth or at least painless cooperation on that.

Yes, one thing is for sure: Mifinity has processed the refund. Unfortunately, their customer service is very poor. They wrote again today that the money was credited back to my Mifinity wallet, which of course isn't true. And they also told me to clarify this with my bank. I have no idea what they mean by that 🤷

I have an appointment with a lawyer tomorrow, which is unavoidable.

Ja , also eins ist sicher daß mifinity die Rücküberweisung hat . Der Service ist leider sehr schlecht hat zwar heute wieder geschrieben mit wurde auf ihren mifinity wallet zurück gebucht, was natürlich nicht stimmt. Und andersfalls, klären sie bitte daß mit ihrer Bank haben die geschrieben. Keine Ahnung was , die damit meinen 🤷

Morgen habe ich einen Termin bei einem Anwalt, was unausweichlich ist.

Many will now think, "Everything worked perfectly for me with Mifinity." Yes, it has for me too, for the past two years, but if you happen to have a canceled refund to your wallet, then they will literally try to steal that money.

Jetzt werden viele denken, bei mir hat bei mifinity alles super geklappt. Ja , bei mir auch seit 2 Jahren, aber wenn ihr mal zufällig eine stornierte Rücküberweisung auf eure Wallet habt. Dann versuchen die daß Geld, wortwörtlich zu klauen.

I would say that this kind of thing would be easy to resolve and wouldn't be a problem. But looking at your situation, we can see that it's not always like that.

Who knows how often they did that and maybe it wasn't even noticed. But with a sum of €1334.50, it certainly caught my attention.

Wer weiß, wie oft die daß gemacht haben und vielleicht es noch nicht mal aufgefallen ist. Aber bei der Summe von 1334.50€ ist es mir natürlich aufgefallen.
