Manchmal bewirkt es aber Wunder, wenn man sie persönlich kontaktiert und darauf aufmerksam macht, dass sie Zahlungsdienste für Dritte ohne Erlaubnis erbringen, gegen AML-Richtlinien verstoßen usw.

Wie gesagt, mir hat letztendlich das Casino das Geld zurückerstattet, deshalb hab ich nicht weiter geforscht.

Dieses Payment Gateway hab ich auch schon auf irgendwelchen Skins-Seiten entdeckt, ich weiß aber nicht, wer dahinter steckt und über welchen Acquirer diese Zahlungen dann laufen.

Deine Bank kann dir aber vielleicht sagen, wer der Acquirer ist.
