due to "technical issues" my withdrawal could not be completed. They say they can't influence it. But the first two withdrawals (less the sum) were carried out without problems.

You wanted to see a receipt or check where my first and last name and address are clearly visible. What is a check and in Sweden your name is not on the receipt or address.

Du ville se kvitto eller check där min för och efternamn och adress syns tydlig. Vad är check och i Sverige så står inte ditt namn på kvitto eller adress.

I suppose you also told the casino that in your country you can't get a document that shows it the way they need it ? They are still in favour of you submitting it in that format and you have no other alternative ? You've listed several things in the complaint which can be alternatives, so it's all on the wife ?

Try to think if there is something you could provide to the casino on your behalf.
