The casino blocks my real funds account for no reason. (obviously because I was winning). And I can't withdraw my real money. I literally deposited €500, won one bet and had €1,200. I withdrew more than half and when I wanted the second one, the account was blocked. I didn't break any rules or multiacc etc. After submitting the complaint, I receive the information that "After reviewing the case, it was determined that the casino's investigation into its account activity was beyond the Complaints Team's scope to evaluate. Concluded, the complaint was rejected." Is this a joke? any gambling site can close someone's account without any reason with their money and CasinoGuru won't do anything about it? It will neither tag the casino to explain anything nor reduce the rating... dont understand.

We have never had any sports department here, and if we learn that the issue is regarding sport betting, we have to reject it.
