Der Casino Support selbst antwortete zunächst nur mit standardisierten E-Mails und verweigert mittlerweile jegliche Kommunikation. Das Spielerkonto ist mittlerweile auch gesperrt worden.
Auch Herr M. Und Frau M. sind nicht gesprächsbereit und antworten erst gar nicht auf zahlreiche E-mails.
Auf AGB‘ s zu verweisen und dem Spieler alleinige Verantwortung zuzuschreiben, sehe ich als grenzwertig!
Die Spieler müssen Sich mit Dokumenten legitimieren und spätestens hier hätte das Casino eingreifen müssen und darauf hinweisen müssen, dass es über keine Erlaubnis verfügt, Glücksspiel in Deutschland zu betreiben.
Fakt In Deutschland hat Lemoncasino keine offizielle Lizenz und damit ist die Geschäftstätigkeit nicht erlaubt.
Vermutlich wird man sich auf die EU-Richtlinien berufen, aber für die Regulierung des Glücksspiels ist allein der Mitgliedstaat verantwortlich, demzufolge ist in Deutschland dieses nicht erlaubt.
