Hi, it strikes me as odd if it was via crypto that you still don't have it. 

I've been looking if the casino is communicating with us but I've seen that the last few complaints have not been successful. There was one that was resolved but the casino didn't respond in the other ones, which is quite disturbing to me.

What's worse is that they don't write you back at all and you don't know anything further. 

I would try to wait a little longer, but if you don't hear from anyone and you don't get any money, definitely file a complaint.

In 15 years of playing in various casinos, I have never met such terrible scammers! They accept deposits and then simply steal money and ignore you wherever possible. It's just a scam!

Well, first of all, they pretended to pay me my money, although I never received anything in my wallet. Although the website says that the transactions were successfully completed. Secondly, they have not been in touch for over a week. They read my messages in Telegram but do not respond. In the live chat, the support has not responded even once! They accept deposits and then simply steal money.

Во вторых они не выходят на связь уже больше недели. В телеграмм они читают мои сообщения но не отвечают. В лайв чате так вообще ни единого разу саппорт не ответил! Они принимают депозиты а потом просто воруют деньги.

Hmm, what payment method did you use then? If your player account says that the withdrawal has been processed, it shouldn't be a problem and I would believe that the money is on its way. 

Of course, if you didn't get it, I understand why you're upset. Have you also tried contacting your payment provider to see if they can see the transaction?

I used a crypto wallet. I contacted the provider. There were no transactions. I would really like for at least someone from this casino to contact me and provide me with a transaction hash. But these scammers do not answer me at all! I doubt that they answer anyone!

Я использовал крипто кошелек. Я связывался с провайдером. Никаких транзакций не было. Я бы очень хотел бы что бы хоть кто то из этого казино вышел на связь и предоставил бы мне хэш транзакций. Но эти мошенники не отвечают мне вообще! Я вообще сомневаюсь что они отвечают хоть кому то!

And is it really his site and his casino? Nowadays you don't even know if it's really so hahah, because casinos give themselves different names.

thank you for your reply. It's annoying when the casino doesn't reply to you at all and I think a hash would be more than enough, especially if they claim to have sent you the money. 

Anyway, if it doesn't happen and they don't tell you anything, we will contact the casino when the time comes. 

I believe everything will be sorted out and you will get your money.
