Greetings! I requested a withdrawal of €4000 on March 4th, 2025, but the withdrawal is still pending. The live chat is just holding me back and saying that another department is processing the withdrawal, which I am not allowed to contact. I have been verified for some time now and smaller withdrawals have never been a problem. Can you tell me how long you usually have to wait for such amounts? Der Livechat hält mich auch nur hin und sagt das eine andere Abteilung die Auszahlung bearbeitet, zu der ich habe keine Verbindung aufnehmen darf.
