Played on Starcasino for about 3 years. Platinum ranked player.

I'll start with a few good things. The mobile app and the instant withdrawals are amazing. Never had any issue here.

Now for the bad things:

They would grant a box with starcoins based on your rank at the beginning of every month. These coins can be traded for currency, vouchers, merch etc.

Until 2 months ago I would receive about 25 eur in coins. Last month they then changed it so I had about 10 eur and then yesterday I got about 2,5 eur as a Platinum player.

So there basically aren't any bonusses for your rank anymore. Also I noticed that if you don't play for some time they will slowly but surely decrease you in rank.

Another issue are the increased prices of their Xtra Payout (promo).

The first times I was able to get 20 spins for 10 starcoins, currently they charge 125 coins for the same "promo". This is an increase of over 10x, lol.

Customer Support also isn't good at all. They barely understand Dutch and/or they don't understand the question.

So if you are a based in Belgium and looking for an online casino, just find a better casino. There are a few reputable names out there and this one doesn't deserve your money.

Played intensively on Bruno Casino for a few months, so I decided to share my experiences for anyone who considers giving them action. What I did love about the Casino was the structure and the layout. Games were easy to find, and overall the gameplay was nice on both desktop and mobile.

When I started playing at Bruno Casino, they had a bonus wheel which you could spin on a daily basis, and which actually had some nice rewards. Later, this got replaced by a wheel which would only be granted if you deposited the minimum amount; too bad!

The thing which frustrated me most about this casino was the cashing out process. At one point, I was completely verified, yet they kept on finding excuses to slow down my withdrawal, which often resulted in me blowing my winnings away :). .

They also granted me a VIP manager when I reached a higher tier on the site. After not playing for a few months, I did notice they decreased my tier, which was disappointing, and it seems that my account is no longer verified. Another disappointing thing is their "invitational only" promotions. For example, the last promo they sent me was 100 free spins on Gates of Olympus for a minimum deposit. I decided to check with Customer Support if this offer was valid and after sending them a screenshot of the email I got, they claimed to have never seen a promo like this, so they offered me no assistance and I was left empty-handed.

You might ask yourself why I didn't go to my VIP manager? Well, actually I did go to my VIP manager; unfortunately, he told me I was no longer considered to be a VIP-customer and once again made me contact support again.

My conclusion: stay away; there are better Casinos available.

They sent me a "personal" mail with a 200% deposit bonus and 100 free spins. I made the deposit and went to their livechat (as being told in the mail itself). One of the female employees couldn't find the promo and then said that I edited the mail in my advantage.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
