Radka probably thought that it might be unclear to us if you only posted a screenshot there. They won't learn much from that. So, as you write here, it would be good if you also wrote to our team in the complaint.

That's definitely not right if they don't have a reason for it, but I disagree with what you're saying. If our team is helping you and you write about it on the forum, the resolver won't get to it.

So if you want that your complaint has any effect, then yes, it's important where you write it.

filebeen waiting a while for my withdrawl with response from customer support basically saying they can do anything and I'll be contacted by management, no such thing happened, I'm fully KYC verified and at this point am assuming I'll never receive my funds.

De betalar inte, de är en organiserad kriminell grupp som utnyttjar ärliga spelare. De har många systerkasinon där samma agenter svarar på samma frågor. De omvandlar insättningar till kryptovaluta för att förhindra att de blir ertappade. Det enda jag fortfarande inte förstår är hur de fick in de stora speltillverkarna i sin blufforganisation.

Hey, I would say you don't need to be skeptical yet. You're obviously not the only one waiting, and we're giving the casino 14 days to resolve this withdrawal process. 

From what I've seen, you've already filed a complaint, so it's under review, and I believe our team will get to it soon. If they don't pay you, I'll contact the casino.

If they're only telling you basic things, I know it's not pleasant, but you'll have to be patient.

Tror du verkligen att dessa bedragare skulle betala någon? Casinots kundtjänst säger att de har en Curacao-licens när de i själva verket bara verkar från Curacao, men det finns ingen licens. Det säger en hel del. Google-sökning kan inte hitta detta casino etc. en oändlig lista. Men det är värt att bara bombardera kundtjänsten oavbrutet, kanske försvinner de då för alltid.

They will never pay 1 euro. Help people / players to not enter this kind of shit casinos. Remove from your site or type down a warning. I have been playing since 2002 i know what i am talking about.

We try to help them with complaints, so if the casino has not paid you your money and you feel that there was no reason for it, it did not give a reason, etc., file a complaint.

If the casino does not resolve it or respond to us and it remains unresolved, the casino's safety index will go down. 

We also have bad casinos here, because our goal is not to promote them, but to provide information about them. 

This specific safety index is currently below average + it does not have a license, so I personally would probably not deposit money there.

Some players are not satisfied even if the casino has a safety index of 0.1, but I feel that they play there anyway.
