Requested a withdrawal of around $400 nine days ago, still processing and not paid out, would avoid this casino...

Hi, did the casino tell you any reason why the withdrawal is still pending ? Have you verified here yet or was it not necessary ? Have you had any successful withdrawals before ? 

I am asking these questions because we give casinos a full 14 days to sort out everything necessary and send the money to the player. If they fail to do so then we will try to help if you file a complaint. 

So I will wait for your reply.

Ja jag har gjort tre uttag till och jag fick betalt normalt.. ja jag har gjort identifiering jag skickade alla papper till dem och de accepterade alla.. nej eftersom jag inte hann ta ut mina pengar eftersom de stängde mitt konto för ingen anledning .. jag vet inte varför detta görs de vill bara inte betala för att de är tjuvar

It's not right that they closed your account without giving a reason and I would like to know as much as you do. I hope that after a deeper search it can be found out.

They only told me that it takes 1-3 business days, and that delays can happen, when i contacted live support they again told me the same, that my money is safe and its on its way, but its been too long without a reason, its not a big win.

When i go in settings and in verification it says that at the moment my account doesnt require additional verification. I will keep track and if they dont pay, after 14th day ill open a dispute..

Clearly, I think that's probably the best you can do. I'm sure there may be some delay but I'd like to know what's going on and not just general information. 

Anyway, we'll have to keep a cool head now and hopefully they'll keep their word and the money will get into your account. 

I will wait for an update.  😉

Just to update here that i have been paid out this morning, it was just under two weeks, but the only thing important is that i have received my winnings, congrats Wazamba!

Ja jag har pratat med dem och mitt konto är bra det imponerar mig bara att en representant säger till mig att det finns ett tekniskt problem med mitt konto vid uttag och den andra representanten säger till mig att allt är bra och att det bör ta 3 dagar till mitt konto. uttag är klara! Jag har alla kopior i min e-post. Jag börjar bli orolig om de inte slutför mina uttag vad händer?

I'm very pleased to hear similar information and I'm glad you got your money. I would say it's not the least and the casino wasn't the fastest in paying out, but the important thing is, as you said, the result. ☘️🎉😊

Do you think you will still play here and adapt to how long it took to withdraw or would you rather find a casino that has a better process ?

If nothing happens by the time mentioned in my reply, and therefore you have no money and the casino does not resolve anything, then there will be an opportunity to file a complaint with us, where we will try to help you. 

However, I firmly believe that this will not be necessary. I also just wrote off a player who took almost two weeks to withdraw, so I suppose it could take in your case as well. 

So I will wait how the situation will develop and hopefully you will come with good news. 🙂
