If the casino is not willing to cooperate with us, there is not much to do, actually. 🤷‍♀️

The complaint will finish as unresolved, and the rating of the casino will go even lower.

Okej, jag trodde att det fanns fler alternativ eller att Guru Casino hade större kapacitet att lösa dessa problem.

Jag är rädd att det inte finns någon lösning på detta. De är ett bedrägligt casino och de vill inte svara eller visa sina ansikten. De har inte svarat på mina mejl på flera veckor...

If they don't even answer us then I'm not surprised. Unfortunately there is not much to do when no one from the casino wants to talk. It's a difficult situation and we try to help as much as we can, but some situations are hard to handle even for us.

The withdrawals I made are still being paid. But it goes very slow. The last ones took 10-12 days.

They also put back the limit from 800 to 500 euro. Which will make the process even slower from now on. It seems like a cunning delaying tactic..

Hmm, that's not very user-friendly at all. No wonder one can easily consider this a tactic. 🙁 I guess you did not get a convenient explanation, did you?

Not only should the withdrawal limit apply to the entire amount withdrawn, but it should also respect the current limits in effect at the time the player submits the associated withdrawal request. Lowering the limits due to the very same withdrawals is not fair at all and makes no sense. Why would a player deposit at the same time - just to keep the VIP rank at the same level... oh my.

Exactly. And why would you make more deposites if you already have a nice profit, ready to gamble with.

I received some withdrawals now but it took between 7 and 12 days per withdrawal. The last ones were the slowest.


I guess It will take several months before I got it all.

and I will not be surprised of the website will close or my account wil be shut down in the meantime. We will see...


But still; If it's a pure scam, they would'nt withdrawal any requests ..

If we were discussing a different casino, I would vote in favor of filing a complaint. We should investigate such a foolish approach, especially since it's free. To be completely honest, though, this site is already recognized as a terrible place to play and I'm not convinced the management cares about fairness much:

I have little faith in that either. I post my messages about TikiTaka to let others learn from my experience. The best thing I think is to at least stop depositing money here, stay calm and wait patiently for the ongoing money requests.

I have only received a small part of my winnings now, but after a couple of weeks I have now received my deposit back and a small profit. So it is not the case that they necessarily take all your deposited money.

We all appreciate your willingness to share even this kind of experience. I am glad to see that you received the deposits, along with a little extra; however, overall, the situation is still very disappointing and every warning shared is a huge help.

Mycket dålig upplevelse

Mycket dålig upplevelse. Det tar mer än tre dagar innan man kan ta ut pengar. Om man spärrar kontot med pengarna får man inte tillbaka dem. Ingen verifiering för uttag. De låter inte ta ut decimaler, bara heltal. Skamligt.


UPPDATERA

Två veckor på mig att få ut mina pengar och de fortsätter att avskräcka mig.

Ja, när jag väl var inne insåg jag att det här spelbolaget inte är reglerat i Spanien. Så var väldigt försiktig. Jag glömde nästan bort de där 17 euron...

Well, I bet Romi was interested in whether the casino explained the delay to you. We are aware that this casino is not licensed in Spain. But it appears you did not know. If you ask me, the lower Safety Index is a much bigger concern for me.

Many casinos implement this rule because players previously avoided KYC by requesting account closure while their balance was still active. They believe the withdrawal will become instant and take it as an advantage. Hence comes this rule. However, the outcome depends on specific circumstances. This, I believe, brings us back to the issue of your delayed payment.

Of course, when you’re left with such a small balance in the casino account, 17 euros is basically the last sad drop. And the experience you’re describing is exactly the classic ‘casino marathon of misery’ — you wait days just to get any withdrawal, and then they won’t even pay out the small change because ‘decimals? Nope, here we play with whole numbers only, brother.’

At this point, it’s not about fairness anymore, but about this kind of casino trying to squeeze out every last cent and keep you on a leash. Customer support is either slow or completely useless, verification? We don’t need that, it just slows things down. Pure comedy, right?

Tack för ditt svar, det fick mig att känna att åtminstone någon förstår hur overkligt allt detta har varit.

Sanningen är den att jag inte visste att de inte hade licens i Spanien förrän jag redan hade fastnat i uttagsprocessen. Ett stort misstag från min sida, det erkänner jag. Decimaltalen gjorde mig mållös: Jag har ett saldo där som jag bokstavligen inte kan röra, och de ger mig inget annat val än att spela. Det är som att de säger: "Tack för dina pengar, gå och spela nu och se om du förlorar dem också."

Så ja, det är precis som du säger: ett fullfjädrat misärmaraton. Tack för att du satte ord på och satte humor i något som bara orsakade mig frustration.
