Does it mean that, at the same time, the casino is verifying your documents and also asking you for documents you have provided?

One month verifying documents is tragic. No one has informed me; they only tell me that they are waiting for the relevant department. There cannot be anything wrong with the documents because I have played at several other companies with the same documents and only here do I have a problem. As for my activity as a player, although I don't see why you ask, I played both casino games and placed bets.

And finally, I don't see the point in talking to you. I've been chatting for a month and getting nowhere. I just wrote here so that other users can see where they are putting their money and be careful with companies that do not have a license.

However, if you played slots, you could file a complaint, because we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything they need to even if it's KYC related. But if you don't need it then it's fine. 

It's also sad that they didn't tell you any reason why your documents weren't accepted, and it shouldn't be that way, to have them check everything for so long and push it to the right department seems pretty presumptuous to me.

Hi, in this case I would recommend you to file a complaint. 4 months would be too much for me and we would try to help you. I'm not saying it has to be a happy ending, but at the very least we'll try. You haven't learned anything about verification or withdrawal in that time ?
