I won $4100 Thursday morning & Saturday it showed the transaction as being completed on their end, haven't yet received funds yet has its been 4 days already.

Also when you say "completed on their end", do I understand it correctly, that they have actually sent the money to your account, yes? Just let me kindly point out that the approval happened during the weekend, and usually the casinos, as well as the banks, do not process any payments. In this case try to be little bit patient, usually we give casinos 14 days to proceed the withdrawal requests, could you do that 🙏? You can always check with he support of the casino and even with your bank or your payment provider to make sure everything is ok.

No, my complaint is with royal reels, not rocking reels.

I can't say if my withdrawal is pending Because there is no sign of it in any of my transaction history. Although when I did collect, it said it was successfully withdrawn and this was the 25th of May.
So I don't know if it's been complete pending. Oh, because none existed on my account.Even the game play the one it won the 6k is not even on my way account history i cant Speak to anyone because nobody replies back and you are speaking her robot that you can only ask searching questions that they choose as options. Thanks, I understand your situation. What puzzles me is that you don't see a withdrawal or gameplay anywhere in the history, I hope that won't be a problem after all.
Communication is also important, and I see you don't have any, which is a shame anyway.
