Happy Monday-bonusen är en bonus som endast måste omsättas 1x och kan spelas var som helst.

I inititated a withdrawal and their website is broken and does not tell whether it’s processed or not. The email support is telling me it will take minimum two business days, usually up to seven. I have played for almost ten years and never have I encountered a casino that does not process withdrawals during weekends. We will see when these guys do. Nothing has happened today, website is very vague and customer support tells me to wait. They claim to handle withdrawals in two business days. I made the request 2 pm on Saturday, so they have around 23 hours left to make good on that promise.

Yeah, pretty sure Mozzart are a scam casino. Now they are making up 'public holidays' as an excuse not to pay. So now, according to them, I now have to wait at least till wednesday untill processing starts for payments. I have waited already from saturday. This is not normal. Having to wait almost a week to MAYBE get your withdrawal is just surreal. How do these scammers have an MGA license?file

In ten years, the longest I have waited for a withdrawal to be accepted is one business day. So stating that it usually takes two business days is pretty bad in today's casino landscape, and yo make excuses about 'public holifays' is just scammer lingo for not wanting to pay. From what I've seem, casinos are more effective during holidays since that's when players play the most. And obviously they will get queues if they do not work on weekends and from what it seems, celebrate made up holidays on mondays and tuesdays. That's their own fault and the player should not suffer from their unwillingness to work.


I am not in the wrong for wanting my money. Two business days are up in three hours and I have waited since saturday. That is an extremely long wait when most casinos process withdrawals instantly. And my payment method has nothing to do with the fact that the personnel at the casino are unable to press one button for four days now.

Jag såg direkt utifrån hur den här medlemmen uttryckte sig att det inte var en dålig upplevelse med Mozzart Casino utan hans personliga frustration av någon annan anledning (till exempel att han förlorade pengar).
