I have played in this casino this week. At first they don't have wager which is GREAT but the bonuses value added is forfeit if you win and request an withdrawl, so you can't turn bonuses in real money.

The free spin game is country based. Each country or group of countries has a different game for use.

I have requested my first withdrawl and i'm currently in KYC verification, so I'll confirm if I had any problems.

Do I understand correctly that, regarding the bonus, it was sort of a sticky one? Such bonuses usually work that way, they just increase your money pool, allowing you to play longer. Subsequently, once you request the withdrawal, these funds are withheld.

Yes, Sticky bonus.

Everything was ok. They took some hours to complete KYC which I considered fast enough since it's seems to be made manually and my withdrawl was completed. Players just need to be careful with bonuses terms, so i'm considering this a very good casino to play.


Only one thing to consider, here in Brazil we have PIX payment which is instant payment, they have it as a payment for deposit and withdrawl, the deposit is balanced instantly but the withdrawl even though the withdrawl page says it's up to 30 minutes, it took about 24h to complete, maybe because it was my first withdrawl, or maybe it was done manually by financial team. I'm telling this just to player don't get panic. Haha!
