Hej, jag vill lämna in ett formellt klagomål mot detta casino, Mafia Casino. Jag är avstängd och har problem med spelandet. Casinot lät mig inte bara öppna kontot, utan jag insåg detta också och bad om att mitt konto skulle raderas. Jag sa till dem att jag är spelberoende och att de inte har stängt mitt konto. Därför kräver jag att de återbetalar mina 2 750 euro som jag satte in där på grund av mitt beroendeproblem.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Yes I told them from the very beginning that I have gambling issues, and repeated the same thing in everything interaction I had with them.
they emailed me saying they closed my account; but no mention of exclusion. When I try to log in to see if my account is still active it says it’s "under review". So yes, if you could please intervene I would appreciate it. Thank you.
