Hold on. I was just saying what I saw on the screenshot. It actually does not matter whether I approve the quality. The casino hasn't figured that out 🙁. Luckily, it seems it is now the representatives turn, so I expect some explanation in the complaint!


Would you notify me once the casino rep says something, please? It is not in my power to keep up with all palyers, despite the fact that I'd love too.

After over 2 Montbs of KYC they emailed me today look fileshow legal proof the card is yours. They have my passport. They have my face. The card has exactly the name on the passport. Can they be any more stupid. How are they asking such a stupid question

Although it's probably not the most pleasant, it's best if you cooperate to end this nightmare as soon as possible. I don't even know what to say, since this process has been going on for so long and I'm already frustrated, I guess for you.

Does casino guru care to explain why there is no disclosed link to YBets casino?

They are sister casinos and managed by the same companies. YBets used to be called Inmerion Casino which is very interesting 🤔. They are both Fair Casinos according to casino Guru 🤔.

How about some transparency on the ratings for those not being paid their winnings!

Is that true. I been still doing KYC from Nov 6 2024. And can't withdraw from Nov 14th. Well I mean I was verified than cancelled after I won 3000 dollers. And now they are just asking documents over documents once a week.

I know someone that signed up with Immerion and told him they won’t pay out if he wins any substantial amount. Lo and behold he got stiffed on his win. That when I noticed the connection. Very very shady that YBets used to be called Inmerion Casino.
