We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Gör det via din bank. Varor har inte mottagits, nämn inte spelande eller något liknande. Bara att du inte fick det du köpte. Och pengarna kommer tillbaka till dig.

De svarar inte, bara gör en chargeback till din bank. Tänk på att casinomoguler, återförsäljare etc. också finns här. Och de kommer inte att göra saker lätta. Gör ditt jobb genom chargebacks, så har de ingen chans att vinna.

Well my bank declined chargebacks because I had confirmed the payments with strong identification.

Yes I had sent a strong email outlining their failures, stated AML reffered them to their own policys etc.

They gave just stated that they are not final recipient of funds and and other deflective language.


Also a line in email says "

Please note we have also contacted the payment processor to make them aware of your issue and they or the end merchant may be in contact with you"


But nothing came from it.

They do not want to know, or seem to care. And I dont know what else I can do.


FOS seems my only option but looking at old FOS cases, I am yet to see any be upheld that have illegal casino activity involved.

If it were that simple, I would have already done it a long time ago. The issue is that my bank keeps pressing me to specify what exactly I supposedly ordered and did not receive, which makes this approach impossible.

I mitt fall nej, eftersom de inte behandlade de betalningar jag begärde. De svarade dock väldigt snabbt och var mycket hjälpsamma.

I had but they are not responding since they stated it was their final response.


What is cc consumer complaints? Sorry im not very informed, I only know info on what iv been reading here for the past weeks
