Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Saying Nomupay doesn’t process refunds is misleading. In a chargeback, it’s the processor who must return the funds not some fake merchant that never existed.

Hello,

I have had a lot of transactions to dSOLpay through 2 accounts.

I have sent an email to [email protected] titles complaint detailing the transactions and requesting an urgent refund due to incorrect MCC codes. This was Friday night. I sent two emails yesterday chasing up but still nothing.

their complaint terms and conditions state that a response to complaint will be communicated within 48 hours, however this time has well passed and still no response. Have tried forwarding email to [email protected] but that email no longer exists. Do I assume now that they won’t refund me?
